Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following terms apply:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, together with all accessories and documentation where applicable.
- Customers are responsible for all return courier or shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly supplied by us.
- Original shipping or delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Products
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
Returns may be refused if the product:

- Is broken, damaged, altered, or misused.
- Is missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging.
- Is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale, except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered by South African consumer law.
If a return is refused, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
- Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only.
- Original shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If you receive a defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.
Where required by the Consumer Protection Act, we will repair, replace, or refund defective goods in accordance with your statutory rights.
